Here are the facts - first and foremost, all customers beware that the hotel will charge you 2% for the use of your credit card upon checkout. Do not stay here and do not place trust in a management team that does not respect you as a customer. Terrible front desk, terrible management, and frankly if you spend as much per night as we did and they are unwilling to make things right, then it shows that they don’t value the customers and quite frankly never will. We will choose to never stay at this hotel again.
